  • A powerful in-person or virtual experience for intact teams and their approach to being a team. Team members work initially to better understand themselves and then apply those learnings and insights to the team’s overall performance.

  • This work is based on The Five Behaviors® model which focuses on the levels of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results orientation that resides on a team today.

  • This program is designed to strengthen a team’s overall performance by identifying and developing the skills and capabilities needed to become high performing.

Crucial Learning Communication Courses
The following two courses can be experienced individually or in combination with one another. Your LEAD U2 Action Consultant will develop a customized approach that will best fit your needs.

Crucial Conversation for Mastering Dialogue.png

Crucial Conversations® for Mastering Dialogue is backed by over 30 years of social science research. This course can be facilitated by LEAD U2 Action Consultants either in-person or virtually. This course helps learners develop vital skills through instruction, application, group discussion, practice or self-reflection of not just the theory, but for immediate and lasting improvement.

Crucial Conversations® for Accountability teaches a process for managing performance, strengthening trust and reliability, and eliminating inconsistency. It provides skills for holding employees and peers accountable and can be facilitated by LEAD U2 Action Consultant either in-person or virtually. This course uses a blended learning approach that features instruction, practice, reflection and coaching, and skills that can be applied on the job the next day.
